For the monthly plan, there is an installation process for Php 3,000 pesos (One Time Payment). Payment First Policy Once paid we just process your System.

In the annual plan there is no installation process fee to be paid. Once paid, we just process the system. I only have the necessary details for us to create the system such as domain name, address, contact etc.

Shared servers are similar to computers in that they have hard drive space, a central processing unit (CPU), and RAM. These resources are shared with other users hosted by the server. This makes it possible to securely store all the saved files, data, and information making up your website.

When anyone requests access to your website from their computer, the stored data of your website is sent from the server to the internet user. Shared hosting takes advantage of a server’s optimal utility, since each individual website generates different amounts of traffic, at different times.

Effects of sharing a server

As stated, utilizing a shared server is like sharing a highway. You pay taxes to have highways maintained, just like you pay a small monthly fee to use shared hosting. Because many people contribute to the costs, individual prices for users are kept low.

If you’re expecting low-to-moderate traffic on your website, then a shared hosting package is a fantastic choice, since it’s affordable and convenient. However, just as a lot of cars on a highway can cause congestion, your website can experience a slight slowdown if the computing resources you share with others are directed to a website that is experiencing an unusually high volume of traffic.

By using a private server, your applications and websites can run faster and more responsively because server resources are only used by you, and you don't have to compete with other users who use shared servers.

Our system has 2 ways of backing up the database file.

Manual Backup- You can do a manual backup and keep it in safe file storage.

Auto Backup- Our system has an auto backup, this will work if you use the Telegram feature. Here your database will be automatically saved daily in your telegram account itself.

It is better to pay early before the due date of the system to avoid the suspension of the account.

Our system is not a prepaid plan. You need to pay your due date monthly.

When your user account like admin, Operator, Technician is due, the system menu cannot be accessed. The only ones who can access your system are your clients.

Notes:

When your website has not been paid for 1 week, you will not be able to access it.

after that we will give 48 hours to pay the monthly / annual bill. If we do not receive a response from you, we will delete immediately all your files and databases from the system.

So far we have not offered the source code. But soon we will have sell source code but limited access.

The Server installation is only for the OXAPS PH default server. So that we can maintain the source code and also for quick support.
